论科技期刊校对的质量评价和管理

从质量指标和数量指标两方面对校对质量进行综合评定，其中质量指标从差错率、版式布局、纠错情况３个方面以百分制记分，分别占８０、１０、１０分；数量指标则按校对的字数确定，根据各校次的特点和难易程度，统计字数按不同校次进行折算，比例为一校：二校：三校：核对＝３５：３０：３０：５。建立校对人员的学习制度、目标管理制度产品验收制度是提高校对质量的有效的管理措施。

On Quality Evaluation and Management of Proofread of Scientific Periodicals

It is suggested to conduct an overall evaluation for proofread from the aspects of quality index and quantity index. Quality index includes error rate, format layout and correcting. Each of them takes 80%, 10% and 10% of the whole work. Quantity index is decided by the number of words proofread. As each proofread has different features and difficulties, the number of words proofread in the first, second and third proof should be discounted according to the rate: 35 :30 : 35. The effective management approach of promoting proofread quality is to establish study system for proofreaders, target management system and product acceptance system.
