基于虚拟仪器技术的电液比例阀性能测试系统设计

摘    要:根据电液比例阀性能测试规范,开发了用于电液比例阀性能测试的计算机辅助测试(CAT)系统。利用虚拟仪器技术,设计了CAT系统软件,实现了测试系统所要求的信号发生器、系统参数调整与控制、信号采集与处理、数据分析计算等功能。使用结果表明,测试系统运行稳定、结果可靠、人机界面友好,提高了比例阀特性测试精度和测试效率。

Abstract:According to the test criterion of electro-hydraulic proportional valves,the computer aided test (CAT) system used to test the characteristic of electro-hydraulic proportional valves is developed.
