堆焊低碳马氏体时效硬化合金制造双金属锻模的工艺研究

摘    要:在对热锻模的服役条件、失效形式进行分析的基础上,研究了用于堆焊复合模具型腔的低碳马氏体时效硬化合金的化学成分及热强性能 ,并进行了实验验证 ,结果表明 ,堆焊成分近似于25Cr3Mo3W2V的低碳马氏体时效硬化合金具有优异的综合性能。采用该合金堆焊制造的双金属复合锻模 (端盖锻模 )与常规锻模相比 ,使用寿命提高2~3倍 ,性价比提高6~8倍

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the service condition and failure forms of the hot forging dies, the chemical compositions and thermal strength property of the low-carbon maraging hardened alloy used for surfacing the cavities of compound dies were studied, and actual object verification was made. The results showed that the low-carbon maraging hardened alloy with the compositions similar to 25Cr3Mo3W2V for surfacing welding possesses very good comprehensive performance. Comparing to ordinary forging dies, the service life of the bimetal-forging compound die manufactured by the alloy surfacing increases 2~3 times, and the ratio of performance and price increased 6~8 times.
