羟丙基纤维素接枝聚己内酯两亲性共聚物性能的研究

摘    要:通过TEM和WAXD对两亲性接枝共聚物羟丙基纤维素接枝聚己内酯(HPC-g-PCL)的微观相分离和结晶性能进行了研究。对微观相分离和结晶性能对力学性能的影响进行了探讨。结果表明,在投料时CL含量少于50%,接枝共聚物中PCL段以微区的形式存在,难以形成晶区,使得强度和弹性模量显著下降,而断裂伸长率明显地增加;当CL投料量大于50%,接枝共聚物的微相分离表现为HPC以微区的形态存在,PCL段可以形成结晶,且随含量的增加,结晶能力逐渐增强,接枝共聚物的强度增加,而断裂伸长率明显地下降。同时对接枝共聚物的吸水性能的测试结果表明,水溶性的HPC接枝PCL后,不能再溶于水,但具有一定的吸水能力,且PCL段含量越多,吸水能力越弱。

Abstract:In this study, the crytallity and mechanical properties of hydroxypropylcellulose-graft- polycaprolactone(HPC-g-PCL) amphiphilic copolymer was investigated. The results showed that the copolymer is unformed when the loading of CL is less than 50%, so that the strength and the modulus decreased and the breaking percentage increased, and the crystallity of copolymer increased with the increasing of loading of CL, the strength increased, and the breaking percentage decreased respectively. The absorbent ability of the HPC-g-PCL was weaken with the increasing of loading of CL.
