摘    要:采用微波消解法制备了重整催化剂试样,利用原子吸收光谱法测定了重整催化剂中Ca,Na,Mg的含量,研究了电离干扰产生的原因及消除方法,考察了消电离剂的种类和用量.实验结果表明,加入铯盐可以消除Ca,Na,Mg的电离干扰,通过基体匹配法消除了Al的基体干扰,利用原子吸收光谱法能够准确测定重整催化剂中的Ca,Na,Mg含量....

Abstract:Reforming catalyst samples were prepared by microwave digestion method.The contents of Ca,Na and Mg in the reforming catalysts were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The reasons of ionization interference and the elimination routes were studied.The types and dosages of deionization agents were investigated.The results show that cesium salt can eliminate the ionization interference of Ca,Na and Mg,and then the matrix interference of Al was eliminated by matrix matching method.The content of Ca,Na and Mg in reforming catalyst has been precisely determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The linear correlation coefficient of correction curve is above 0.999.The relative standard deviation is less than 2%.The recoveries range between 96%-103%.It is indicated that this method is applicable for the determination of Ca,Na and Mg content in reforming catalyst.
