水资源在经济社会及环境再生产过程中占有重要的地位和作用.水资源作为非人工的自然资源其本身是具有价值的,水资源价值是水质与水量的统一.水质与水资源价值密不可分,在其他条件相同情况下,水质愈好,价值愈大;受污染的水资源其价值降低,甚至失去了使用价值及价值."物以稀为贵"表明了资源的稀缺程度与价值量的关系,随着水资源需求量的日益增加,水资源稀缺性日益明显,水资源价值必将经历从无到有、从低到合理的过程.

Studies of Water Resources Pricing Model

Water resources have an important position and role in the reproduction process of economy, society and environment. Being non-artificial nature resources, water resources itself has its value, and the value of water resources is the integrity of water quality and water quantity. Water quality is closely related with the value of water resources, as under the same conditions, the better of water quality means higher value of water resources, while the value of polluted water resources are then reduced and even lost its value of usage. "Scarce things are precious" explains the relationship of resources scarcity with its value. Along with the increasing demand of water resources, scarcity of water resources will become increasingly intruding and the value of water resources must experience a process from no value to have value and from low value to a reasonable value.
