套管探伤测井技术及应用

摘    要:套管完井是最常见和最普遍的完井方式,在井内的套管不可避免地受到不同方式、不同程度的伤害,甚至是损坏,一般包括机械损伤和化学损伤两种。套管的损伤对井内安全和油气层的影响和破坏作用很大,因此,套管损伤的检测就显得十分重要。MID-K仪器测井是俄罗斯生产的用于套管损伤检测的测井设备,能够在多层套管中探测不同套管的腐蚀和破损情况,能为套管维护提供依据。在介绍了MID-K仪器测井原理的基础上,结合测井解释实例说明了套管探伤测井技术的应用效果。

Abstract:Casing completion is the most common and popular completion way but casings in a well can be inevitably damaged to different extent and by different measures. The defect always concludes both mechanical and chemical damage, which has large influence and damage on well safety and oil and gas bearing layers. So it is very important to detect casing damage. The MID-K logging instrument made in Russia to detect casing damage can find erosion and defect of different casings in combination casing tubes and provide reference for casing maintenance. Based on the introduction of logging theory of the MID K instrument, in combination with logging interpretation examples, the applying effect of casing defect detection logging technology is explained.
