含纳米碳酸钙颗粒的锂基润滑脂的噪声特性

摘    要:利用四球试验机考察了含钛酸酯偶联剂改性的纳米碳酸钙颗粒的锂基润滑脂的摩擦磨损性能,采用BVT-1型轴承振动测量仪评价了改性碳酸钙颗粒的用量对锂基润滑脂的噪声性能的影响。结果表明:加入1%的用3%钛酸酯偶联剂改性后的纳米碳酸钙颗粒可以明显地降低锂基润滑脂的摩擦系数和磨斑直径,改善锂基润滑脂的噪声特性,而未改性碳酸钙对锂基脂噪声特性影响不大。

Abstract:Friction and wear properties of lithium grease containing nano-CaCO3 particles modified with coupling agent of organic titanate were evaluated with a four-ball tester. Effects of the dosage of modified nano-CaCO3 particles on the noise characteristic of the lithium grease were investigated with a BVT-1 bearing vibration tester. Results showed that friction coefficient and wear scar diameter of lithium grease containing 1% nano-CaCO3 particles modified with 3% coupling agent of organic titanate are remarkably reduced and the noise characteristic of the lithium grease may be improved. However, the noise characteristic of lithium grease containing nano-CaCO3 particles unmodified is hardly affected.
