| 摘 要： | 介绍了分区变压边力矩形件成形系统的组成以及各部分的原理结构,分析了各部分的工作过程.该系统主要由液压机、压边圈分区的矩形件拉深模具、压边装置的液压部分以及控制部分组成.在构建的分区变压边力矩形件成形系统上,以变压边力为控制参数,采用模糊控制技术,实现了矩形件的成形.

| Abstract: | The composition of rectangular box deep drawing system of divided variable blank holder force(VBHF) was discussed,its principle and work process of each portion were analyzed.The system is made of hydraulic press,rectangular box drawing die of divided blank holder,hydraulic part of blank holder and control part.Based on the system,rectangular box of good quality was obtained by controlling VBHF. |
