机器人化柔性三坐标测量机的设计与研究

摘    要:针对三坐标测量机无法实现大型零件测量和现场测量的问题,开展机器人化柔性测量机的研究工作,分析了其基本工作原理与坐标计算算法,从硬件和软件方面进行了柔性三坐标测量机的设计,并运用MATLAB仿真对理论算法进行了验证.

Abstract:Focusing on the problem of the incapability that coordinate measuring machine cannot measure large-scale parts and realize real time measuring,the research of flexible measuring machine based on robotics was proposed,its basic operating principle and arithmetic of coordinate calculating were analyzed,the design of the flexible three coordinate measuring machine was presented from the perspectives of both hardware and software,and the theory arithmetic was tested with MATLAB simulating.
