摘    要:可靠性是液压摆角铣头系统性能的一项重要指标,故障树分析法可以帮助设计者及早发现设计中可能存在的问题和缺陷,对于制定设计改进方案、提高产品的可靠性水平具有现实意义.本文建立液压摆角铣头系统可靠性模型,通过故障树分析找出系统的相对薄弱环节,并提出提高机床系统可靠性的措施,获得了良好的效果.

Abstract:Reliability is one of the important performance index of the fluid driven rotary milling head.Fault tree analysis(FTA) can help the designer to find the problem and defect.It is meaningful to improve the design and increase the reliability by the analysis.The reliability model of the swing table for milling was established.Depend on the FTA,the weaknesses of the system were found out.The effective methods were presented to improve the reliability of the system.
