摘    要:使用光电编码器作为机床运动机构的位置信息传感器,记录不规则曲面的形状轨迹.采用CPLD和单片机实现多路编码器的四倍频、鉴向和精确计数,提供了编码器数据采集的一种简单、可靠的方法,并提出该示教再现系统的数据处理方法.对解决不规则曲面加工难的问题具有一定现实意义.

Abstract:Photoelectric encoder was used as position information sensor of the moving mechanism of machine tool to record shape and trace of free curved face,CPLD and single chip microprocessor was adopted to realize double frequency,discerning direction and high precise counter of multiplex channel encoder,a simple and reliable way was presented for encoder data acquisition.The data-processing method of the teaching and playback system was presented.The method has some assisting to the difficulty of free curved face processing.
