现代数控机床高速化发展的最新动向

摘    要:在缩短加工时间、提高生产率的市场需求推动下,切削加工技术正经历着从低速重切削加工向高速轻切削加工方向演变的过程.高速切削加工技术的发展是机床高速化的直接动力.本文从切削技术高速化发展入手,依据机床发展统计数据以及产品研发情况,介绍了机床主轴单元及进给单元高速化发展的现状,并展望了其发展趋势.

Abstract:To meet the requirement of shortening machining time and increasing productivity in global competitive marketing,high-speed cutting has become more and more popularized nowadays and tends to take the place of low-speed heavy cutting.High-speed machine tools appear to meet the need of the progress of high-speed cutting technologies.Based on information about high-speed machine and the related new products collected from literatures,the technologies at present and future trends of spindle unit and feed drive system in high-speed machine tools were introduced.
