摘    要:研究了一种在随机摆振与扭振运动工作条件下,用超声波发射与接收系统测量管径与壁厚的数字系统辨识模型.解决了从超声波反射信号中提取壁厚参数的问题.对超声波发射与接收装置在随机摆动与扭振工作条件下如何运用Hillbert变换得到高精度的壁厚参数的数学模型做了详细的讨论,得到了壁厚的计算公式.

Abstract:A kind of digital systemic identification model was researched with the equipment of ultrasonic emission and receival measuring the diameter and thickness of steel tube under the condition of occurring stochastic vibration of swing and twist. The method to get the thickness information from the echo signal of ultrasonic was presented. How to use the Hillbert transform to acquire the high precision mathematics model of the thickness parameter by using the equipment was discussed. The calculating formula of the thickness parameter was given out.
