| 摘 要： | 数控仿真是数控加工在虚拟环境中的映射,它为产品的可制造性分析提供关键数据.本文基于VERICUT虚拟制造软件平台,以数控加工中心为例详细介绍了在VERICUT上建立仿真系统的过程,并通过设置毛坯,指定刀位轨迹文件,配置相应参数,成功实现了加工过程的仿真.

| Abstract: | The emulation of numerical control is the projection of NC process in virtual environment, it offers important data for the analysis of product manufacturing. Based on VERICUT software platform, the course of establishing emulation system of the machining center of numerical control on VERICUT was introduced, and the emulation processing was realized through designating stock, defining tool path position, deploying corresponding parameter. |
