| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了STEP-NC数据模型及part21文件格式,然后介绍了STEP开发工具ST-Developer10.重点分析了在开发数控程序过程中ROSE C 类库的三种联编方式,并且以此为基础提出了基于ROSE类库开发数控程序的具体实现方法,编写出数控程序实例并生成STEP AP238文件,最后利用Express Engine软件对AP238文件的正确性进行了验证.

| Abstract: | The data-model of STEP-NC and the part21 file format was introduced ST-Developer10, a STEP development environment was introduced.Three binding manners in using ROSE C class library in the process of NC application development were analyzed.The specific implementation method of programming NC applications with ROSE C class library was proposed and STEP AP238 file was generated, the AP238 file was examined with Express Engine. |
