气动位置控制系统及其阀的应用形式

摘    要:分析了气动自动化系统的发展趋势、气动位置控制系统的组成形式,以及系统中比例阀和开关阀的特点和应用形式.结果表明:比例/伺服阀具有机构庞大、质量重、控制精度高等特点,适合应用在大型机械设备和精度要求较高的场合;而高速开关阀质量轻、体积小,但控制精度相对较低,因此,高速开关阀常常应用到成本低、控制精度要求不高的场合,但经过改进控制方法,也可应用到机器人等精度要求较高的场合.

Abstract:Development of pneumatic automatization system,pneumatic position control system,characteristic and applying of electromagnetic valves were analyzed.Results show that huge,high weight and high precision proportion/servo-valve can be used to huge machine and high precision situation;small and light high speed on/off valve fit to low precision situation.By changing control arithmetic,light high speed on/off valve can be used to high precision situation such as robots.
