摘    要:在经济型数控机床中,步进电机的应用非常广泛,它具有简单易用等显著优点。但要想充分发挥它的优点就必须解决步进电机启动和停止时容易产生的失步和过冲的现象。本文选择高性能的ARM微处理器,采用不断修正定时器初值,从而改变定时中断脉冲频率的方法控制步进电机的启动和停止过程。取得了良好的控制效果,并给出了具体的计算公式和软件实现。

Abstract:Stepper motor becomes more and more popular in CNC, it has a lot of merity. In order to control the out-of-step and overshoot phenomena when stepper motor starts or stops, powerful function ARM micro controller was choosen, the method to change the interrupt pulse by modifying the value of timer inconstantly was adopted to control the accelerating and decelerating of stepper motor, an ideal control effect was obtained. The formula and program were given.
