液力偶合器智能监控系统设计

摘    要:介绍了液力偶合器的结构及其工作原理;以单片机为控制核心,设计了基于模糊控制的液力偶合器智能监控系统;建立了伺服油缸的数学模型,用Matlab软件的Fuzzy Logic和Simulink工具箱对模糊控制器的控制效果进行了仿真分析,得出了模糊控制器的量化因子、比例因子等对系统性能影响的规律。

Abstract:The structure and principle of hydraulic coupling were introduced. An intelligent monitoring and control system was designed, which took the single chip as the control core and fuzzy control as the main control idea. The mathematical model of the servo cylinder was established and the fuzzy controller was simulated through Fuzzy Logic and Simulink toolbox of Matlab software, and the impact of quantify factor, proportion factor, etc, on the performance of the system was obtained.
