摘    要:在矿山充填系统中,由于混凝土中含有大量的小石块,在进行流量控制时小石块聚集会堵塞阀门,会使流量急剧下降以至于可以认为是突变,同时,这种变化是随机的并贯穿于整个控制过程当中.本文设计了一种智能PID控制器,使系统能自适应地解决自身内部的突变,在工程实际中取得了很好的效果.

Abstract:In concrete casting system,because of a flock of small rock,which blocks the valve,flow rate is decreased sharply,this change can be considered as a sort of discontinuity,which exists in whole controlling process randomly.A kind of expert PID controller was presented to solve the particular situation.Good effects were attained for the controller in engineering practice.
