摘    要:液压系统在检修和维护中面临受电气控制系统、油液、密封等问题的影响,为排除这些因素在液压系统中相互影响和干扰,提出了液压集成模块法、手动和自动并联控制法及XML信息集成法,设计用于测试液压系统、液压元件的多功能液压实验台.较大地提高了液压实验台的利用率,并实现了多个平台之间的Web化访问,提高了检修和维护效率.

Abstract:Electric control system, oil and sealing problems will affect hydraulic system during the course of detection and maintenance. To eliminate their mutual effect and interference in hydraulic system, a muhifunctional hydraulic test-bed using hydraulic integrated block, two parallel control modes and XML were developed. This test-bed was designed to test hydraulic system and components. By using this hydraulic test-bed for test, the availability of the hydraulic test-bed is enhanced and the Web access between different platforms is realized, and the efficiency of detection and maintenance is enhanced.
