摘    要:介绍了直驱式电液伺服系统的实现方案,并建立了系统的数学模型.将模糊控制和PID控制结合在一起,利用模糊控制对PID控制器参数进行在线调整,结合系统的数学模型进行Matlab/Simulink仿真.结果表明,该控制器提高了系统的动态性能,具有很强的实用性.

Abstract:The actualization method of the direct drive electro-hydraulic servo system was introduced, and the mathematic model of the system was built. A fuzzy-PID controller was designed by combining fuzzy logic controller with PID controller, for which the parameters of PID controller can be adjusted on-line by using fuzzy controller. The result of simulation in Matlab/Simulink indicates the fuzzy-PID controller improves the dynamic property of control system. The controller is applicable in engineering.
