轴向车铣表面形貌的计算机仿真

摘    要:对轴向车铣加工进行数学建模,建立其表面形貌的计算机仿真系统,并利用该系统探讨了刀具工件转速比、刀具尺寸、刀刃数、进给速度和切深等参数对被加工件表面形貌的影响,得到以下结论:刀具与工件转速比越大,刀具尺寸越大,表面形貌越平坦,表面粗糙度越小;用六刃以上的铣刀进行车铣加工,能得到较小的表面粗糙度和较好表面微观形貌;随着进给速度的增大,表面粗糙度总体上趋于上升,但中间有起伏;切削深度对表面粗糙度和表面微观形貌的影响很小.

Abstract:A mathematical model of the axial turn-milling process was set up to develop a computer simulation system for machined surface texture in turn-milling. It reveals what influence the rate of rotational speed, the radius of tool, the number of edges of tool, axial feed rate exert on machined surface texture and roughness. The results show that surface texture becomes flatter and surface roughness decreases when the rotation speed ratio, the size of tool and the number of tool teeth increases. When the tool feed speed decreases, the surface texture and roughness is expected to be better and smaller. The depth of cutting exerts little influence on the surface texture and roughness.
