液压传动系统中节能技术的探讨

摘    要:液压传动系统中的节能技术主要是从减少系统能量损失和回收系统剩余能量两个方面来实现的.本文总结了最近十几年国内外液压节能新技术、新方法和发展趋势,介绍了能量回收与利用的典型成功应用实例,并按照能量的性质对其分类.最后探讨了航空液压泵加速寿命试验台的节能设计方案.

Abstract:Energy saving technique is mostly achieved by decreasing energy loss and recovering energy in the hydraulic transmission system. New techniques and new methods that achieved by domestic and overseas researchers in the past over ten years were summarized.Many successful real examples for energy recovery and reuse were given,which were classified by character of energy.A plan was given to recovery energy in accelerated life test for the aero hydraulic pump.
