气缸密封性的恒压检测方法

摘    要:气缸密封性是表征发动机技术状况的重要参数.气体微量泄漏量是气缸密封性的关键指标,其检测技术一直备受关注.本文针对压差式检测的不足,提出一种符合欧美国家标准的恒压检测方法,即泄漏量与补偿量相等,保持缸体内气体压力不变.详细闸述了信号获取、压力补偿及泄漏显示的实现方案,并制作了相应的集成装置,该装置成功应用于柴油发动机汽缸的在线检测.结果表明,其工作性能可靠,检测精度达到0.1%,重复精度达到0.2%.

Abstract:Gas container airproof is the important parameter to indicate the ststus of engine. Gas minim leakage is the key index of gas container. The detective technique is always involved in all concerns. The permanent pressure detecting method accorded with occident standard was put forward because of the shortage of pressure margin detection, that means the leakage is equal to compensate which can keep the gas pressure is fixed. This article the scheme for signal obtaining, pressure compensation and leakage display was illustrated. The integrating equipment was set up, which was applied to online detection of the diesel oil engine cylinder. The result shows the working performance is reliable, the detecting precision can reach 0. 1 percent, and the repeated precision is 0. 2 percent.
