| 摘 要： | 对液压集成块管网中存在的短管、直角拐弯、分支管路、工艺孔容腔等典型结构进行分析,建立了管网分段集中参数键合图模型,并通过数字仿真和物理实验验证了模型的可行性.这种将液压集成块结构设计与孔道网络流场性能仿真融为一体的设计方法,在性能品质上提高了集成块结构优化设计的水平.

| Abstract: | The typical configurations such as short pipe,right angle pipe,embranchment pipe and craftwork hole in pipeline network of HMB(hydraulic manifold block)were analyzed.The hydraulic pipelines model with sectional lumped parameter was built up,which is validated by numerical simulation and practical testing.The design method intergrated structure with duct network flow field improved the level of structure optimal design on characteristic quality in HMB. |
