摘    要:静液传动系统的容积效率是衡量其性能的一项重要指标,也是影响其在高速军用车辆上广泛应用的瓶颈.本文通过试验,对影响静液传动系统性能的三个因素(工作转速、工作压力和油温)进行了验证;根据结构相似原理,利用计算泵容积效率的传统公式来计算静液传动系统的容积效率,并与试验结果进行了对比,对比结果表明,完全可以采用传统计算泵容积效率的公式来计算静液传动系统的容积效率,为静液传动系统容积效率的建模及系统控制提供了参考,对静液传动系统在高速军用车辆上的应用有一定帮助.

Abstract:Volumetric efficiency is critical to the overall performance of hydrostatic transmission and it has a bad influence on popular application of hydrostatic transmission in high-speed military vehicles.The three main factors,the pump rotational speed,system pressure and oil temperature that influence the hydrostatic transmission performance were experimental studied.The results show that volumetric efficiency of hydrostatic transmission can be calculated through general expressions of axial piston pump.A reference is offered for the purpose of accurately modeling and control of hydrostatic transmission.It is helpful to popular application of hydrostatic transmission in high-speed military vehicles.
