摘    要:论述了一种手持式PP带焊接机超声振动系统的研制.介绍了超声振动系统基本结构,给出了换能器和变幅杆的制作材料选择及结构参数的确定方法,并最终试制出了焊接机.经过PP带两种接头方式抗拉实验比较,超声焊接PP带接头的抗拉力增加了314%.

Abstract:The structure of ultrasonic welder was analyzed.Ultrasonic energy transducer and ultrasonic horns were designed for the material selection and dimensions.Ultrasonic plastic welder was developed.The tension of ultrasonic welded PP strap tie is added 314% than ever in tension measure.
