基于ANSYS的大吨位液压成形设备合模机构的灵敏度分析

摘    要:简要介绍了液压成形技术在国内外的研究与应用现状,完成了合模机构的方案设计和有限元模型的建立,并运用ANSYS软件进行数值模拟分析.针对工作台厚度、柱塞直径、柱塞数目及布置形式等参数及结构形式的变化对合模机构位移和应力的影响进行了灵敏度分析,得到了上述参数的变化对合模机构位移和应力的影响程度及变化规律,为产品设计提供理论依据,取得了较好的效果.

Abstract:Research and application status of tube hydroforming technology at home and abroad was introduced, various schemes of mode-locking mechanism were designed and FEM models were built, and numerical simulation analysis based on ANSYS software was fulfilled. In order to consider the impact of various parameters such as thickness of operation platform, diameter and number of piston on displacement and stress of mode-locking mechanism, sensitivity analysis was carried out, and variational laws of displacement and stress of mode-locking mechanism were obtained. It prevides theoretical foundation for design of forming equipment, and gains initial design purpose.
