压杆效应对齿轮增减速传动振动的影响

摘    要:从产生齿轮传动振动的根源--力出发.对造成齿轮增速传动与减速传动振动差异的原因进行了分析.通过对齿面摩擦力形成的压杆效应指数计算公式的推导,揭示了压杆效应指数与齿轮传动振动之间的关系,同时还给出了齿轮传动增速与减速振动相对强弱的判别公式,通过模型试验得到了与理论分析基本一致的结果.

Abstract:The cause of vibration difference in increasing and decreasing speed gear transmissions was analyzed based on analzing the force of gear transmissions.The equations about index number of pressure-bar effect of friction forces on the meshing surface were deduced, which shows the relation between the index number of pressure-bar effect and the vibration in gear transmissions.The discrimination equation was presented for determining the relative values of vibration in increasing and decreasing speed gear transmissions.The model test results are accordant with the theoretical analysis results.
