数控激光机床割缝筛管加工仿真系统的开发与研究

摘    要:描述在Visual C 6.0开发平台上,基于OpenGL的利用激光切割割缝筛管的仿真实现方法.通过在数控系统的用户界面简单地输入加工控制参数,实现了数控系统的自动编程,并逼真地实现了三维图形显示和加工过程的三维动画仿真,同时动态显示激光切割过程.

Abstract:The realization of cutting slotted pipe with laser in virtual system based on OpenGL with the tool platform of Visual C 6.0 was described.Through inputing the machining parameter in NC system, auto-programming of the system, the three-dimensional graphical displays and the simulation cartoon of parts which are processed and dynamical to show cutter process about laser machine were realized.
