工程陶瓷磨削加工物理仿真平台研究

摘    要:为了降低工程陶瓷的加工成本,提高磨削后的表面质量,依据陶瓷磨削机理,提出开发物理仿真平台的方法.通过人机交互界面设定各种加工参数,可进行加工效果的预测和工艺参数的优选.本文采用模块化设计方法,规划了该平台的功能结构,并介绍了其实现的工作流程,分别采用VB与ACCESS开发软件界面和后台数据库,实现了对磨削过程物理仿真软件的支持.

Abstract:The method of building physical simulation platform was presented in order to descend the process cost and improve the surface quality according to the properties of engineering ceramics. The prediction of machining effect and the optimization of work parameter can be accomplished by setting processing parameters via man-machine interface. The functional framework of the simulation software was constructed by adopting the modular design, and the work flow was demonstrated. VB and ACCESS were used to develop the interface and background database to accomplish the support to the platform of grinding process physical simulation.
