NC指令解释数控仿真系统的研究

摘    要:以移动平均加减速控制算法为基础,开发了基于NC指令解释的数控仿真系统.该仿真系统不仅可以用于仿真NC程序文件的执行过程,而且实现了以控制周期为单位,对速度、加速度曲线以及加工时间、加工距离的仿真.同时由于该仿真系统考虑了进给速度的加减速控制,因而此仿真时间与实际加工时间相符.

Abstract:CNC simulation system with instruction interpretations was established based on moving-average acceleration/deceleration control algorithm. The system can simulate the executive process of NC programme files, and realize the simulation of speed and acceleration curve, and process time and distance with the unit of controlling period. The simulation system considers the acceleration/deceleration control of feed speed therefore the simulation time equals the real process time.
