摘    要:为缩短数控板材加工中的走刀时间,对传统的数控板材加工路径作出改进,提出基于蚁群算法的数控板材加工路径规划并做出了仿真.由仿真结果表明,本文提出的算法性能较好,能够大大缩短加工总路程.最后对蚁群算法应用在数控板材路径规划的前景进行了展望.

Abstract:In order to shorten the time of cutting feed in NC(Numerical Control) plate processing,some improvements were done aiming at the conventional processing route and a route planning of NC plate processing algorithm based on ant colony was proposed.Matlab was used to make a simulation and the simulation results show that the algorithm can reach a preferable performance and can shorten the total distance greatly.Some forecasts about the prospect of using ant colony algorithm in NC plate processing were presented.
