轴向柱塞泵静压支承球铰副刚度特性的研究

摘    要:大量的研究表明,柱塞与滑靴之间的球铰副摩擦力很大程度上影响着轴向柱塞泵的性能及寿命.本文提出了一种基于静压支承的球铰副的设计原理,并对该摩擦副油膜刚度特性进行了分析,为高速高压轴向柱塞泵的设计提供了一定的理论依据.

Abstract:A lot of study showed that the friction of the ball friction coupling between piston and slipper obviously affected the life-span and the performance of the axial piston pump.A new design idea of the ball friction coupling based on hydrostatic bearing was given,and an analysis was carried out to the characteristics of the oil-film stiffness of this friction pair,which may serves as a fundamental basis for the design of the axial piston pumps with high speed and high pressure.
