等离子弧加热车削工艺的研究

摘    要:采用等离子弧加热车削加工高强度和高硬度轴类零件的方法,是一种经济高效的机械加工方法,本文通过等离子弧加热切削刀具材料选择试验、刀具几何角度选择试验、粗车和半精车试验,建立了刀具材料、刀具几何角度与有关工艺参数之间的关系,得出了加工时的有关最佳工艺参数.

Abstract:The arc plasma heating turning is an economical and efficient method of machining axial parts with high strength and hardness.A mathematic model about the selection of the material of cutting tool,defining the geometric angle of cutting tool and the related technological parameters was set up based on four experiments,including the selection experiment of the material of cutting tool,the selection experiment of the cutting geometric angle of tool,the rough turning experiment and the half finished turning experiment.The optimum technological parameter during machining process was obtained.
