摘    要:分析了XP-50C钻机液压系统的工作原理及特点,对XP-50C钻机回转机构和给进机构的液压系统进行了插入式集成化设计,分析了插装阀设计系统的特点,通过XP-50C钻机液压系统的插入式集成化设计,验证了插装阀在钻探领域中应用的可行性.

Abstract:The working theory and the characteristics of the hydraulic system of XP-50C drill were introduced. The hydraulic systems of the revolving mechanism and feeding mechanism were designed in cartridge valve system, whose characteristics were analyzed. The feasibility was validated for the application of cartridge valve in drilling field.
