摘    要:采用常规真空中频熔铸法制备了两种CuCrZrRE合金,研究了试样经冷轧(70%形变量)和不同工艺时效处理后显微组织、力学和电学性能。结果表明,两种合金均在500℃时效1h后达到最佳的显微硬度与电导率配合,显微硬度达到181HV0.1和184HV0.1,电导率为78.9%IACS和77.2%IACS。随着时效时间的延长,起初合金的显微硬度急剧上升,电导率增大;但时效时间进一步延长,显微硬度有所下降而电导率基本保持不变。

Abstract:Two kinds of CuCrZrRE alloys were prepared by mid-frequency vacuum casting. The microstructures, mechanical and electrical properties of these alloys were studied after being cold-rolled at deformation amount of 70% and aged at different processes. The results show that the alloys can obtain the best cooperation of mechanical property and conductivity after being aged at 500℃ for 1 h,that is,the microhardnesses arrive at 181 HV0.1 and 184 HV0.1 and the conductivities arrive at 78.9% IACS and 77.2% IACS respectively. With the prolongation of aging time the microhardness increases sharply and the conductivity increases at the beginning, however, the further prolongation of aging time will make the microhardness drop but not basically make the conductivity change.
