基于动车组转向架驱动系统的虚拟装配及有限元分析

摘    要:借助于大型CAD/CAE软件I-DEAS建立CRH5动车组动力转向架驱动系统三维几何模型,然后利用基于VRML语言的CosmoWorlds软件对其进行虚拟装配仿真,在此基础上应用HyperMesh软件建立各部件的三维有限元模型,最后导入有限元计算软件Ansys中对整个系统进行模态分析。

Abstract:In this paper, I - DEAS that is a vital software of CAD/CAE is used to set up the 3D geometrical model of CRH5 EMU motor bogle's driving system. Then Cosmo Worlds software based on VRML language is used to realize virtual assembly, and then Hypermesh is used to set up 3D FEM of each component. Ultimately modal analysis is carried out with Ansys.
