A Discussion about Modern Management of Construction Enterprise

Construction industry is now facing a challenge and the promotion of industry has been the demand of current situation. To some degree, Chinese construction has achieved a large scale and a high level with the development through decades ;but at the same time, it gradually exposes some maladies, such as the backwardness of conducting, the weakness of technical foundation, the slowness of information circulation, the inability to renew itself, the poor skill in operation, and so on. Among these problems, the backwardness of conducting which not only has prevented construction industry from adapting to the network economy nowadays, but also has affected the advantages for competition in adapting to market economy and the global market, was most obvious. Therefore, modem management of construct is definitely necessary.
