| 摘 要： | 分别利用Ｐｔ－Ｒｅ／Ａ１２Ｏ３和Ｐｔ－Ｐｄ／Ａ１２Ｏ３催化剂，采用固定床连续工艺，由２，３，５－三甲基苯醌合成出了高冰率的２，３，５－三甲基氢醌，并与Ｐｔ／Ａ１２Ｏ３和Ｐｄ／Ａ１２Ｏ３催化剂进行了性能比较。结果表明，Ｐｔ－Ｐｄ／Ａ１２Ｏ３催化剂具有较高的初选择性；同时，随着２，３，５三甲基苯醌空速的提高，Ｐｔ－Ｐｄ／Ａ１２Ｏ３初活笥的下降幅度小于Ｐｔ／Ａ１２Ｏ３初活笥的下降幅度。

| Abstract: | The 2,3,5-trimethylhydroquinone with high yield was synthesized by the catalytic hydrogenation of 2,3,5-trimethylbenzoquinone with bimetallic catalysts Pt-Re/Al 2O 3 and Pt-Pd/Al 2O 3 by fixed bed continuous process.The catalytic properties of Pt-Re/Al 2O 3 and Pt-Pd/Al 2O 3 catalysts were compared with those of Pd/Al 2O 3 and Pt/Al 2O 3 catalysts.The results showed that Pt-Pd/Al 2O 3 catalyst could increase the initial selectivity greatly.The initial activity of Pt-Pd/Al 2O 3 decreased less than those of Pt/Al 2O 3 and Pd/Al 2O 3 catalysts with the increase of 2,3,5-trimethylbenzoquinone space velocity. |
