多腔注塑模具浇注系统的平衡研究

摘    要:为了保证多腔注射模具浇注出的各个塑件的质量,注射加工过程中浇注系统应处于平衡状态,使塑料热熔体能够同时间、同压力、同温度到达并充满各型腔。对相同塑件和不同塑件分别使用平衡式和非平衡式多腔浇注系统进行分析,提出了为达到浇注系统的平衡在设计中应考虑的问题。

Abstract:To ensure the quality of each plastics piece multi-chamber injection mould,the pouring system should be in balance situation during the injection processing,so the plastics hotmelt could be filled in each mould chamber at the same time with same pressure and temperature.The topic focus on the balance control on the processing to produce same or different shape plastics piece with the multi-chamber mould of balance or non-balance type and proposed some problems must be considered on the pouring system balance in design.
