摘    要:介绍一种基于虚拟仪器技术的虚拟示波器设计方法,利用NI公司高速数据采集卡PCI-6143及LabVIEW应用开发环境,设计了一种基于PCI总线的虚拟示波器。该系统由数据采集、DAQmx、数据分析处理及波形显示输出控制等三部分构成,可实现四通道信号的测量与分析。文章描述了系统的工作原理,简要介绍了虚拟示波器的主要功能,并就其中有关触发、数据分析等关键技术进行了阐述,最后结合实际测试数据,给出了信号的数字滤波和频谱分析结果。

Design of Virtual Oscilloscope Based on Fast Data-Acquisition Card PCI-6143
Abstract:A virtual oscilloscope design method based on virtual instrument technology has been introduced.A fast data-acquisi- tion card PCI-6143 of NI corporotion is adoppted as general hardware.Meanwhile,LabVlEW is employed as software devel- opment platform.A virtual oscilloscope based on PCI bus has been constructed.This system consists of three parts:data ac- quisition,DAQmx,data analysis and waveform control.It can realize the measurement and analysis of four channel signals.The principle of the system is described,main function of the virtual oscilloscope was briefly introduced.The key technology about trigger and data analysis is discussed in details.The functions of frequency-spectral analysis and digital filter about real measurement signal was shown too.
