多层厂房机床上楼楼盖的界限刚度

摘    要:机床上楼后楼盖振动是一个很复杂的问题。本文通过大量调查统计、分析计算后提出一个楼盖界限刚度。设计时只要采用的梁板刚度不低于此限值,楼盖振动就可以基本上控制在允许范围以内,这就可避免繁复的计算。按本文计算所得结果与已生产的厂房作对比,说明能符合设计要求。

Abstract:The vibration problems of floor on which machine tools are installed are rather complicated. Based on the analysis of a large number of statistical data with the help of computations, the minimum values of the flexural rigidity of the floor are proposed in this paper. So long as the rigidity of the floor taken in design is not below the limited value, the vibration of the floor can be basically controlled in a permissible range without the need of considerable computation work. Compared with the existing building floors, the result obtained in this paper shows that it can match the design requirements.
