摘    要:在单因素的基础上,确定合适的因素与水平,通过响应面法优化了红枣可溶性糖提取工艺条件,结果表明,在温度79.82℃,时间32.97min,料液比1∶10.39的条件下,红枣可溶性糖提取效果最佳.

Abstract:On the basis of single factor test, the extraction of soluble sugar from Ziziyphus jujube was optimized by response surface methodology The optimal extraction process was as followed: the temperature 79.82℃, the time 32.97min and the solid-liquid ratio 1:10.39.
