摘    要:采用微波协助提取山药低聚糖,在单因素试验的基础上对微波功率、乙醇浓度、料液比和微波处理时间进行正交试验,结果显示,影响山药低聚糖提取率的因素主次顺序为乙醇浓度,微波处理时间,料液比,微波功率,微波协助提取山药低聚糖的最佳工艺条件为微波功率130W,乙醇体积分数为60%vol,料液比为1∶30(g∶mL),微波处理时间6min.

Abstract:The microwave extraction and measurement of oligosaccharide from Chinese Yam was studied. According to the single factor experiment, the optimal condition for extracting oligosaccharide was obtained through orthogonal test: extraction power 130W, extraction time 6min, the ratio of solid to 60%vol ethanol 1:30(g:ml). The order of affecting the factors was ethanol volume fraction, extraction time, the solid to liquid ratio and microwave power.
