摘    要:本文以石榴籽为研究对象,通过单因素试验及正交试验研究了超声波辅助提取对石榴籽多酚得率的影响,并对工艺条件进行优化,确定了提取石榴籽多酚的最佳工艺.最佳工艺参数为超声时间25min,温度50℃,料液比1∶18(g∶mL),超声功率200W,在该条件下石榴籽多酚得率为4.65mg/g.通过与普通溶剂浸提法对比验证可知超声波辅助法提取石榴籽多酚具有短时、高效、节能的优点.

Abstract:Pomegranate seed was used as raw material and the influence of ultrasonic wave assisted extraction on yield of polyphenols was studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. And the process conditions were optimized and the optimum conditions were determined. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows, ultrasonic wave treatment for 25min at 50℃, ratios of material to liquid (solvent) 1:18(g:ml), ultrason- ic power 200W. And under these conditions, yield ofpolyphenols is 4.65mg/g. Comparison study of ultrasonic wave assisted extraction with normal solvent extraction indicated that the previous method has the advantages of short-term, high efficiency and energy-saving.
