摘    要:韶钢焦化厂原高压氨水泵变频调速闭环控制系统设置为一台变频器运行,另一台工频备用,经一拖二改进后,实现两台电机均能工频、变频安全切换运行,消烟、清扫状态自动控制,线路实用可靠,方便工艺操作,具有投资小,见效快的显著特点。

Abstract:One transducer was setting for running and another addition transducer on industry frequency in the original high-pressure system of closed loop with frequency conversion and timing of SGIS. Two electromotors can running switch safety on industry frequency and frequency conversion at the autocontrol state of clear up soot and clearing after implementation of improvement on single dragging two. The circuitry is utility and reliable. It's convenient for technical operation and has the obvious characteristics of small investment and fast effect.
