A Wide Range Voltage Type DC/AC Inverter

This paper presents a bi-directional current source high-frequency chain inverter. The working principle and circuit control principle are described in detail. The control program and the main parameters of design are provided. Through experiments the circuit is proved to have a good steady-state and dynamic characteristics,good load adaptability,reliable operation,and with four-quadrant operation capability. In the process of working the forward pathway is shut down by the auxiliary switch,making duty cycle from topological constraints. The maximum duty cycle can be greater than 0.5,which reduces the power switches of the stress,and therefore obtains a wide range of input and output voltages.
