刀具化学镀耐磨涂层的制备工艺及性能研究

摘    要:刀具磨损是机械加工刀具常见的失效形式,高速钢刀具是最常用的切削刀具,本研究以高速钢为基体材料,以M—W—P为基质合金,通过适当的前处理技术在高速钢刀具表面制作Ni—W—P合金镀层。扫描电镜照片显示Ni—W—P合金镀层呈胞状结构,镀层成份分析表明,M、W、P的质量分数分别为81.14%、4.17%和3.15%,原子分数分别为63.26%、1.04%和4.65%,该镀层为低磷含量镀层。X射线衍射图谱分析,该镀层为晶体结构。经300℃热处理后,显微硬度以及耐磨性提高,显微硬度是基体材料的2倍,耐磨性是基体材料的4倍。通过该工艺得到的M—W—P合金镀层表面光亮,涂层均匀,结合力良好。
